Of course as things stand I probably don’t have the necessary experience to find REO properties and make a profit from them, so first I would have to attend some kind of training course or seminar in order to acquire more knowledge. Still, to find REO properties, fix them up and sell them for a profit is a dream of mine and something that I have discussed doing with my husband. You see I have an eye for nice décor and good color schemes so I feel quite confident that if I found REO properties and bought them I could make them look great. Fortunately my husband is also very good with his hands and he loves to make things so he could help me put my creative ideas into practice.
