reo properties I was thinking about the huge number of REO properties every big city houses and then started thinking about how quickly these homes can become dilapidated and vandalized if they are not taken off the market. A business to maintain REO properties would probably work pretty well for even people that do not have much handyman background. Granted the REO properties contracted were not already in shambles.

A REO properties maintenance company like this could act as a sort of security to shoo away teen vandals or to keep it looking good for potential buyers. This idea to the next step could include insurance policies that would promise a property stays in a set condition for as long as the service is required. What do you think? I know this kind of service exists but not on a large scale.
 
Maintaining REO properties could be easily outsourced to people of any skill level giving it great potential for expansion. Maybe someone will take this idea to the bank because I don’t think I will. Leave your thoughts or if you have already been seeing this done.
